atomos operate an online account valuation facility which can be accessed via this website.. By registering for and accessing the Online Valuation Facility you confirm you have read and accept these Website Terms of Use and Website Privacy Policy and the applicable Cookie Policies.
atomos does not warrant that access to the Online Valuation Facilities will be uninterrupted or error-free nor do they warrant the quality or accuracy of the content. Access to the Online Valuation Facilities may be suspended at any time for technical or maintenance purposes or to upgrade content or functionality or withdrawn for example in the event of misuse.
If you choose, or are provided with, a user identification code, password, or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms.

In the case of joint accounts, any personal data and investment information of each account member will be visible to both members of that joint account via your own respective atomos Connect logins, as well as in certain joint documentation such as valuation statements.
With atomos Connect, you may also request an online link to additional third parties such as family members, trusts or companies, for instance. Provided the relevant authorisation has been granted, you will then be able to access data belonging to that third party, via your own atomos Connect login.
atomos is regarded as data controllers in respect of personal data processed by them when you register for and access our Online Valuation Facilities. Our Website Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is processed and what your rights are.
Data security and data protection
In the case of electronic contact or communication, your data will be transmitted via a publicly accessible network. Data transmissions may cross international borders, even if the sender and recipient are both located in the same country.
